It is early morning at Fallhall Glen.
The air is crisp and cool.
A breeze carries aromas of pine needles and the steam rising off Robinson Creek.
Wait,    another whiff,    LeRoy is flipping griddle cakes in the kitchen.
Just doesn't get any better.
WCYC has finished another successful summercamp season. The power of God's hand put in the hands of the many volunteers that serve our camp each year is what makes it happen. From the session directors to the ones who sweep up and take out the trash, it could not happen without you!!

New caretakers chosen
  As most of you know the Lathams decided about a year ago to pass on the baton as caretakers/operations managers.  This is to take effect in October 2010.  The board of directors has been on a wide search to find a replacement in time to allow an overlap transition period.
  Eight applications were received from around the nation.  There was a very rich pool of talent to choose from and many stood out as ‘a good fit’ and with many skills.
  Jade and Danielle Crawford were chosen in a tough decision.  Jade has served on the WCYC board in the past, and Danielle has served at camp in various positions.
  The Crawfords plan to return from Nashville in the spring and spend the summer working along side Lathams during this transition period.
